2yThank you for your review! We truly focus on our values every day. So I don't envisage us letting go of them anytime soon. As the company grows, then ofcourse the culture evolves as well. But values we will hold tight to. We have just updated the family policies in the UK - unfortunately not to the level of e.g. Nordics where the society has enabled companies to step up, but still hopefully a move to the better. - Pauliina

2yThank you for your review. As you know we are growing into bigger opportunities and bigger projects. Tell your Team Lead, you wish to have bigger projects to work with. I'm sure there's a possibility. As for the benefits - we should be compatible with bigger organisations, but in the next employee survey - give us ideas, on what you would want. Cant' promise anything, but at least we will know. - Pauliina
