      Pros

      Company culture, nice and professional colleagues, amount of learning in the work, possibilities to really don what you want to do. A lot of fun activities.

      Cons

      As many fast-growing companies, all processes and other things are not always clearly defined. Since it has been recruiting a lot recently, sometimes there might slip in ppl who are not the sharpest knifes in the box. But they learn.

      Pros

      Very supportive and friendly top management. I really like those guys and the the relaxed atmosphere which they are creating. There is also good work-life balance in the company - nobody pushes you to do overtime work if it is not really necessary - and then it is properly appreciated.

      Cons

      Some colleagues are not experienced enough in their position and it creates problems when you work with them. The company is growing fast, taking new employees, but sometimes there is not enough work even for the more experienced.
