4yThanks for the feedback. This is something we work on continuously. In a company where there is little or no hierarchy we want our employees careers to grow along with their skills and experience.
Not only do we now have personal training and development plans for each employee but we support them in getting certified and encourage learning and grow their roles to the next level.
