      - Company and people live by the values everyday - Fun and engaging atmosphere - Lot's of training opportunities - Exciting projects and clients - Management and Team Leads are great, very supportive, friendly and approachable - Rapid growth and opportunities - Fully remote or office if you prefer

      Pros

      Friends don't let friends down is one of the values at Fluido and is absolutely lived and breathed everyday! Still in growth mode the business is accelerating in size, scale and presence in the Salesforce ecosystem. I've loved every minute of my time with Fluido to date and really excited about the future!

      Cons

      As mentioned, the business (in particular in UK) is in growth mode and as such there are aspects that need worked on, established or improved but all part of the challenge and great to be somewhere that I can help to build and shape for further and future success!

      Pros

      Fluido live by their values - it's a great company with a fantastic culture. It requires self motivation to learn and grow but all of the tools are in place to help you. Given freedom and development opportunities. Can't ask for more. It's inspiring to be around so many postive, helpful and skilled collegues.

      Cons

      Moving from contractor to perm meant I missed on a few of the nice 'new starter' things and introduction. It also meant access to some systems has been a bit lumpy as I find out months later about them. That said I know I could contact the P&C team about it if needed. I just think onboarding is better for new permanent starters than those who move from contract to perm.
