      Pros

      Very good company wrt stability and projects and work life balance, company values their employees requests.

      Cons

      Salary. No revision in salary. Sometimes you are stuck in projects and they do not let you come out and get new projects. Sometimes the good projects are given to preferred individuals.

      Thank you for this! Actually our yearly salary reviews are ongoing at the moment. Our cycle is April to end of March. So perfect timing. I'm sorry you have somehow missed out on this, as it's been a yearly activity joined with our Personal Development Discussions for years.

      Company is really good to its employees in many ways. There is human-centric leadership and the company really acts on it's values

      Cons

      Company is not paying market price for the employees. If you're just after a bigger salary, the company is not right for you.
