American corporation, decisions made in the US often not right for the special nature of the Haywards Heath site. Understaffed, tensions between teams, blame culture.

Pros

Flowserve helped me kickstart my engineering career. They were flexible with my work schedule since I had classes during the daytime, Mangers are approachable and easy to talk with. I learned a lot since I started and hopefully I can continue with them in the future as an engineer.
