There are not too many pros when it comes to the Moosic, PA location. The building is old and gross, they provide coffee and toaster and microwave but beware..

Cons

Everything aside from my pay. I won’t say the pay bc I negotiated my salary and got what I wanted.. should’ve never wasted my time though.

Pros

The company has good corporate values to which individuals can easily relate. The company also has lots of initiatives and process improvement related projects that can expend our knowledge.

Cons

There are times when the number of projects trigger too much work or even if you can fit into the 8 hours schedule, sometimes the work you do can exhauste you a lot, but the workload and the level of exhaustion also depends on which team you work for and on your position level. Nevertheless, the more experience you gain by way of putting yorself there to create value, the more valuable you are on the job market.
