Onboarding was structured and efficient. Role expectations, priorities, and initial deliverables were clearly communicated. Team members and stakeholders were accessible and helpful, which made the transition smoother. I think the team is still in the transition towards digitalisation and advancement in mechatronics development as engineering tools are not yet unified or not even available which I think is a room to grow.

Cons

Some internal tools and processes require time to fully learn, which is typical in a complex organization.
