      Good pay, union shop, work/life balance is good

      Cons

      New management seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. Orders are down and not much work coming on the floor. Can’t seem to get any bookings.

      Pros

      Flowserve is a great company to work for, and I have really enjoyed my time with them so far. Being in the IGNITE program, Flowserve really prioritizes career development and helping you gain skills as a professional. On top of that, Flowserve has a great work environment. Everyone is eager to help out in any way they can.

      Cons

      In some areas, Flowserve does use technology and systems that are a little outdated. This issue is really only present at certain sites though. Overall, I don't really have too many complaints.
