      A lot of improvement opportunities, willingness to grow, good products and position on the market. Lots of career opportunities, mostly driven by HR and management.

      Cons

      Too slow to accept any kind of improvement, short term and finance driven, top-down approach. Middle management is not able to translate the objectives to ground-floor workers, and truly motivate troops.

      Great benefits; competitive pay; diverse industry portfolio; lots of low hanging fruit (opportunity for subject matter experts to impact change); culture in the field is committed with great people.

      Cons

      Culture in the corporate office is not ideal; vacation is only 2 weeks; much needed change is hard to influence and obstacles to make change are plentiful.
