Pros

Job could be satisfying and challenging in a personal level. National and international travel is possible if you are in management.

Cons

Hard work is not recognized. Education and degree does not mean much. You have to make many compromises to satisfy leadership. You must swallow your pride and say yes sir. Independent thinking is a taboo. Stay within the box and follow. . Body system and nepotism rules. Do not believe what they tell you during the interview and get it in writing.

Pros

Good place to work. Much change and thus much challenge. Opportunities to travel and collaborate with other site employees. Diverse products. Many plant locations.

Cons

Some growth has been too fast. Mostly by acquisition. Internal controls were slow to be created. Far too many computer platforms. Time to consolidate platform is too long.

Pros

Large company with many opportunities if you are willing to work hard and possibly relocate.

Cons

Company became too large and somewhat political. Internal managment focus was trending toward financial reporting rather than customer service.
