      Low salary, no growth. Your feedback and opinion do not matter to management. Your career goals are always ignored especially if you end up working in the nuclear engineering group.

      Pros

      Good facilities, good people. Product seems boring at first but is actually quite complex. Broad exposure to industry. Mix of custom product engineering and applications.

      Cons

      Nice but small town needing a connecting flight. Vacation time could be more. Not always the best direction but manageable.
