      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for advancement especially if willing to relocate. Great pay for interns

      Cons

      ERP system is extremely outdated, making for a long learning curve and creating confusion. No structured internship program yet.

      Pros

      The actual working groups were nice to work in - the nuclear group was friendly and everyone stuck together. Project managers were nice. You can take Metro Link and Bicycle to work from the station. During lunch, you can still walk around and get fresh air. Back in 2003-2004 they had employee parties. The old Vernon building is quite historic - they had all of the old mold casts stored there.

      Cons

      Shop is Union run, so You got to be careful when having work done "fast". Also, the Vernon area is not the safest place to walk at night. Management can be one sided. Career growth seems to be lacking. Back in 2002-mid 2004, I never got a bonus, but I heard they started giving one later.
