      The company is outstanding, great benefits total compensation package is very good.

      Within HR there are no opportunities for advancement in specialized fields outside of corporate.

      The only pros i could highlight here is the office environment/interiors is maintained good. nothing else

      Cons

      very biased management. The higher management is static, chances of promotion are ZERO. No matter how hard to work, they never recognize. Incentives & hikes are just eye wash. if you have a second option in career, Pls go ahead with that.

      Pros

      Provides good training support for its employee and focuses on H&SE issues.

      Cons

      HR has a lot more to work on, if it would like to continue attracting talent from industry. Too much unnecessary changes in recent years. Bought over many businesses that didn't contribute much to the revenue growth.
