Good working environment, Good benefits, Not much work or work pressure in IT. Management is okay. Good team members. Flexible timings. Good bonus, pension plan, Health Insurance, excellent 401k match. I enjoyed working here.

Cons

No proper Processes or Direction in IT. Mostly legacy code and legacy systems and more of maintenance work. If your are technically inclined, this may not be the company for you. Not much scope for career growth in IT. appraisals are like peanuts.

Cons

Management run on emotion, not facts. Lots of cronyism. Some people should have been gone long ago. People at the top only know they should push the latest trends and buzzwords. They have no real vision.
