      Flexible timings. Salary is based on MRP. Every month you will have any competition / sports activities or any other

      Cons

      U will have advantage if you are close with your supervisor. There is no difference with the designation and the Job responsibilities. An Engineer staff and a senior engineer will have same type of work. Year end rating system does not have proper justification.
