      Paid reseonable good. reasonable size of company.

      Micro-management, middle managers just focus on build up their own power, and out-source works to their own "back yards" in India

      Pros

      It has its ups and downs. There great pay, great benefits, lots of opportunities for training, safety is a priority for the company. Company has done a great job about making cuts without having to lose employees

      Cons

      but I think opportunity for moving up in the company takes a long time. Superficial recognition is given for hard work. It is not given with great benefits or shown in the pay.
