Time off good amenities in the building

The work place operate a bit like a playground. People do not work as a team, they sabotage each other and do not have a sense of brand/ team worth. HR is especially bad as they escalate problems even further rather than putting fires out. No one takes responsibility for things that they have made mistakes on, it is constantly a blame game instead of working together toward the common goal of the company.

Cons

Lost It's Bearing, Focus, Can't retain talented workers. Disrespectful on all accounts. Doesn't understand it's global opportunities and frets them away
