Senior leadership is a complete farce—an embarrassment to any organization that claims to uphold values and ethical standards. They constantly parade and preach about their so-called core values and code of conduct, all while blatantly disregarding them in practice. The hypocrisy is comical—excusing incompetence, justifying poor leadership, and silencing dissent. Their egos—or perhaps their fear of being exposed as inept—seem to matter more than doing the right thing. In summary, they are a bunch of bullies hiding behind a billion dollar corporation who have zero humility or integrity.

Constant micro management. Entitled employees directed to spy on employees. Currently working on reduced hours As of march 20th 2025. Constant rearrangement of your work cell. Constant updating of data entry instead of doing the work. Micro management of data entry. Management taking tools sundries ect. Without a proper plan to replacement. Serious lack of integrity among management and their entitled spy staff. No clear direction of future within the company.
