      Good compensation and you can go far in what you learn, just not within Flowserve.

      Pros

      The compensation offered is great. The facilities are nice and centrally located. It's a good place to work if you want to be challenged and increase your knowledge of international business.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement. There is a lack of office camaraderie. Every man for himself here. Lack of training.

      Benefits are average for comparable firms. Typical co-workers good to work with, strive for performance and pride in work.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity based only on politics and not performance. Poor support from management, poor tools to perfrom job function. Management disconnected. No planning only reactive. No communication. Management not trustworthy.
