Zero pros because of low moral and horrible leadership. If new leadership were installed at the Kalamazoo R&D component, then the people would be a 'pro', but everyone has unattainable deliverables, so it's like living in hell for 8 hours/day

Cons

Horrible 'gotcha' R&D leadership at all levels. Team members have unattainable timelines and the stress level (again, due to two R&D leaders ONLY), is outrageous. Temecula is stress free and so is Houston...Kalamazoo is a nightmare.

Cons

not enough IT staff to support business and functions, shrinking of hybrid WFH/RTO workweek

Flowserve is a large company in the pumps industry so you get to learn a lot. The team at Woodbridge is excellent although very small.

Cons

Small team handling a lot of responsibilities
