Well established company with global brand recognition; Excellent pay and benefits.

Cons

To be such a large company they operate as if they are a mom and pop shop. A lot of gaps within processes and procedures. Each location does things their own way. There is not standard ERP system globally.

Working here has been a good experience overall. The company provides a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and clear direction.
