      Good health, medical, RRSP savings plan benefits. Flexible hours for some employees. Seemed concerned with customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Too many and frequent changes in management. Too frequent change in strategy. Too concerned with the squeaky small clients at the expense of long standing large clients.

      Nice people to work with. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      The whole IT department is BIG too big. Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very low pay compared to other companies in the area.
