      Flex Senai (Medical) .... a lousy place to be ..

      Pros

      There is a in-house gym with free entry and there are yearly bowling, badminton and futsal tournaments.

      Cons

      Food in the canteen sucks, HR is lost and does not care much about the employees welfare, engineers & lower management do whatever they think is right and top management does not have a clue on how to lead. Quality Senior management is clueless most of the time but demands respect all the time

      Pros

      I've worked for other large (multi national companies) as well as start ups and I have never seen a company so disorganized. Days to get a computer - still none of the systems set up on it. Hiring Manager wouldn't give me the time of day. Spent the first few days of my employment just sitting around waiting for training or direction. No onboarding or orientation. For a large company, every employee should feel welcomed and should be properly trained and know where they fit within this space. Actively looking for a new job, I can't imagine spending any more time in a place where every individual thinks about themselves and not about the team.

      Started my base on high. Good comp plan.
