Cons

1. Management are largely influenced by Chinaman culture as the projects are transferred and interfacing with china counterpart 2. People are blinded by money and output where dignity and quality are compromised 3. Very fast growing business segment and huge revenue growth, but all the revenue are being poured into capex for expansion, and extremely calculative on other things like opening new reg and smock/esd shoes
