Pros
Decent pay - but I think I got lucky lol.
Cons
Be prepared to shill for the customer. There is little to no separation between Flex's system and the customers. I've been told to succeed at Flex, you need to brown nose with the customer - I can confirm this is accurate. It felt like I was put down for earning the salary I did, almost like it was a mistake, and it should never have happened. Very hostile environment... On top of that, management/senior leadership is extremely out of touch. I've sat in meetings with senior VPs who have zero idea of what our operating procedure entails or how our lines operate. It ends up being a chopping block station to those who question or go against the grain. Flex is a place where your mental stability will most DEFINITELY be compromised if it means the customer will be happy. Many people have already begun to leave the company, or have been let go. If you do decide to go with Flex, don't expect any smooth transition into your role. There are no guidelines for onboarding - you are given a bunch of PDFs and expected to learn the encyclopedia of Flex within a month.
