      The Supplier Quality position at Flex in Milpitas, California was open last year in October 2017. I was hired in December 2017. The job was very stressful. The manager loaded me with tremendous amount of responsibilities that included working with suppliers, on-site supplier visits, supporting 3 projects, dealing with customers, and much more. Bottom line is that I don't recommend working here. It is a contract manufacturer, very stressful environment, and the amount of pay offered and work taken is not worth it!

      Good environment, on time payment to employees. Nice transport facility.

      Cons

      Too much work pressure, worst company politics. Increment to only favoured employees. Supervisors enjoy culture, no job security to middle level engineers especially non-supervisors.
