Benefits. (Compensation can be okay if you negotiate well during hire. Don't expect anything but bare minimum year to year no matter how well you do.)

Cons

Unprofessional Management - Favoritism, Nepotism, and things go downhill from there.

great high volume manufacturing company with lots of vertical integration. multi faceted with many BU and differentiated markets to balance the portfolio. good diversification. smart leadership

Cons

work life balance is not considered. political. lots of passing the buck, segment ops ownership Vs global ops ownership. low volume manufacturing know how is challenged, lots of waste, good at high volume, low and complex is challenged. wastes a lot of money on experiments. Horrible costing and ABC accounting. Too much allocation.

Pros

Immediate management was minimally intrusive. Flexible work hours, can work from home if moderately ill. Work is not hard

Cons

Constant unpredictable lay offs. No career development or progression path. No processes, everything done in ad hoc my hair is on fire"" environment. Gutted the health plan and then the corporation decided to pay 27 times instead of 26 times a year resulting in smaller paychecks . Lying to customers and suppliers are de facto operating procedures.
