      Good Employees Make work fun The job it’s self isent two manually intensive

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what they’re doing Poor Communication from management to employees Unprofessional management And staffing agencies Management is allowed to get away with a lot more than one employees are allowed to get away with and there is a double standard Very stressful work environment FLEX also has a very unforgiven call out policy Unprofessionalism is allowed in the workplace

      The employees are absolutely amazing, and very hard working.

      Cons

      Employees are held back from their true potential. When an opportunity comes up and have a chance to move up in the company. Upper management, it has no clue what is going on.
