      Pay is high, but pay per hour is low for exempt employees.

      No work life balance at all. The company simply does not care about employees ability to have a personal life.

      Semi flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Huge lack of communication, everyone is out only for themselves, ridiculous workload and lack of employees. Lack of ability to grow and move up. Boss wont listen to recommendations or use the skills your good at.

      Pros

      Lack of structure creates ability to set own schedule, sometimes to a fault.

      Cons

      Shoot from the hip cowboy mentality. No priority set except for flavor (BIG! customer) of the day. Big decisions are done and reversed almost in parallel. Analytics rarely used for direction. Finance runs the company, ran mainly still as a CM mentality never investing into the future with development or IP. Always retreating back to traditional CM mentality. No inovativation, no investment to innovate.
