Also love the variety of high tech and mission critical engineering and supply chain positions to work on, collaborative department and company culture, high quality and cost-friendly employee benefits, profitable and growing company (2024 annual revenues: $26 billion), established company (company born in 1990), friendly, down to earth, hardworking employees, competent, responsive, and approachable leadership.

Wish the facility had a cafeteria, gym, ice machines and more Architectural Digest-quality interior and exterior design aesthetics!

Can’t really think of a good thing but Colleagues not bad

Cons

- too much manual work - outdated system - a lots of weird rules and regulations in office - too rely on call, need to be prepare to have ad hoc call all the times - might have a barrier in relationship/ pov/ working style if you are in younger generation as most of the employees here have some ages
