      Pros

      The only pro is that they give two 15 minute paid breaks during an 8 hour shirt and three 15 minute breaks during a 10 hour shift.

      Cons

      This company does not care about their employees. They will fire you at the drop of a dime due to their production being low. They are always running out of parts. They literally tell you at the last minute if you have to work overtime or not the next day.

      Pros

      Flex was a great company to work with and for. Always new challenges and the ability to grow within an industry. Due to the nature of Flex's business and culture, it is always growing and changing to remain at the forefront of the tech space.

      Cons

      Because the company is so large and diverse it is difficult to work directly with senior leadership. The segments are heavily divided and while it can be seamless to move up within one, it is often difficult to transition to new departments.

      Easy work, hours if you're looking for OT

      Cons

      Management is unorganized, you're not valued as an employee, you're not guaranteed to get bonuses that they promise you, will tip toe around labor laws just to have you there all day regardless of if you have children to pick up or school and they will micromanage you down to the tiniest detail
