I can hardly think of any

Management is spineless and hold bad employees accountable, some people are promoted to supervisors for engineering teams without technical background (no engineering degree in any capacity)on quality engineering and have been given too much power, the quality of work is really low, anything and everything passes and issues are not fixed instead are semantic loopholes are used to pass product. There are no career growth opportunities, my supervisor didn't know what I am good at or I am bad at, feedback on performance does not ever involve work done but semantics.
