- Huge and impressive organization in many different industries - Has good service proposition to continue growth and profitability - Lots of good tools and resources internally

Cons

- Lots of leadership in HR roles and Executive roles were pretty tough to deal with. Very hierarchical and self-important. - As a new employee you have high expectations to acclimate to the Flex Culture and fit in and contribute quickly or you might be shown the door. Quick judgment on new hires and very little appetite for change or acceptance of doing things differently. - Multiple years of no pay rises due to company performance and anticipated performance
