Pros

Overall good place to work with smart people. Job is enjoyable, most people that work there are hardworking and easy to get along with.

Cons

Flex takes advantage of its people on pay as time goes on. Flex went from 2022 to 2025 without giving its indirect labor employees a pay increase. Each year is a mystery on whether it will happen or not and the way it is communicated on whether it is or is not happening leads to distrust among the employees. The years we do have an increase, HR will tell everyone it is happening one month but then they change it and it happens months later. If you try to get promoted, it is very common HR will convince you that it is a lateral move and offer no pay increase (even when going from an individual contributor to manager), or they will offer an increase but very minimal. You may come in a with a decent salary upon being hired, but the lack of pay increases over several years makes you look for work else where because you are now making 10%-20% less than market value.

Pros

Flex certainly excels at making roles look appealing—before completely pulling them away with zero follow-through.

Cons

I would like to share my experience with Flex regarding the recruitment process for the Supply Chain Analyst position in Singapore. After successfully completing two rounds of interviews and being informed that I was shortlisted, I waited for over few weeks for an update on my application. Unfortunately, there was no communication during this period and I only received a response after personally reaching out. At that point, I was told that I would be offered the position, only to later learn that the offer was withdrawn due to management changes and a shift in direction. While I understand that unforeseen changes can occur within a company, the lack of timely communication and transparency was quite disappointing. I strongly urge Flex to reflect on this experience and make significant improvements to avoid misleading and disrespecting future candidates. This valuable time could have been better spent elsewhere, rather than wasted on empty promises and pointless delays.
