      Fun, but not stable

      Pros

      Being in the prototyping stage of projects was a blast, and the people are very easy to get along with. Very nice 401(k) matching and flexible hours make getting to work easy. Yearly raises and bonuses are pretty nice also.

      Cons

      There is no communication whatsoever. Sales and management promise impossible timetables and then punish employees with layoffs every quarter when these deadlines aren't met. The management doesn't know and has no interest in learning what skills their employees have, so some employees are overloaded with 70-80 hour work weeks while others have nothing to do. Being in a P&L contract industry, some risk is understandable but there is no job security at all.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Nice facilities at Corporate. Challenging work, constant learning and changing environment. Ability to advance career.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stressful environment, claims to be performance based, but more political then performance based. Constantly changing priorities and processes. Too much change. High turn over. Difficult to have a life and work there.

      Pros

      A large company with ok benefits but frankly not too much good to say

      Cons

      Lets just say that the experience has been disappointing. We cannot make up on mind on what we need or want to do, we do not pay our bills on time which results in credits holds, and Milpitas management tries to bully emplotees and contractors and consistantly blames them for delays that are the direct result of senior management mistakes.
