Flexibility - you are able to work from home if you're productive enough. Fast pace - the more customers, the better...plus, positions are usually not backfilled, especially if the position is in the U.S.. Ukraine? no problem! Diversity - People from all over the world work here There's a basketball court here on the San Jose campus. Pretty decent benefits.
Cons
Lower salary than market "old boys's group" syndrome - relatively young workforce, but some who have been here stay, because they're buds with one of the executives Hesitant to spend money that needs to be spent. Diversity is great, but sometimes your teammates are in exotic places that sometimes require conference calls at exotic hours. No recognition - my coworker's ten year anniversary went unnoticed.
