      Different challenges to solve day by day with systemic solutions

      Pros

      All areas involved for a healthy company are being stress at any stage of any business and therefore you can fix and tune with versatility.

      Cons

      For the individuals that does not like to work against time this is not their place. Flexibility is part of the culture and important changes happens all the time and need to be address immediately.

      Pros

      Flextronics provided a good opportunity to work alongside VZW employees and gain some knowledge as well as a decent pay and benefits package.

      Cons

      Working basically as a contractor had the feel of answering to two different sets of management. Indecision about the way to perform tasks. Had a feel of competing with Verizon employees in their own house! Only saw manager once per week, if that. Did more work than Verizon employees but paid much less with much less benefits.

      Pros

      There is always work to be done and anyone can get hired as a worker on the Manufacturing floor...I do mean anyone.

      Cons

      I believe the management team needs to treat employees fairly and consistently. Also, recognition of talented individuals should be acknowledged. There is little opportunity for advancement in the company and it seems that individuals that are truly talented are overlooked because of the "boys' club" mentality. Insecurity probably plays a factor as the team likes to resist change.
