Decent benefits (health, retirement, profit sharing), plenty of opportunity for advancement, performance based pay increases.

Cons

I don't know if this was company-wide or a local issue, but payroll errors were not uncommon: missing mileage reimbursements, delayed pay raises, etc.

It department ,the fact that you can get a promotion simply by doing your job , and being dedicated to it (doing it well).

Cons

Managers are too uptight most of the times....way too much hustle for something they don`t really acknowledge...
