Pros
The pay is great. The people are amazing if you like diversity. There is a lot of room for growth.
Cons
The 12 hour rotating schedule is horrible for workers even though it may be better for the business, you don't feel like they care. 12 hour shifts are exploitative. people need a job with good pay but it is exhausting physically and mentally. Makes it impossible to balance life.
