Pros
Fast paced environment so that you can have good learnings as a fresher. Decent package for freshers to start with in a area like Coimbatore.
Cons
Work life balance varies based on team. But 60% of the teams provide bad WLB for developers. And no proper SDLC lifecycle is been followed here. No agile or scrum. Just moving things in ad-hoc manner. This results in bad quality deliverables and rework. Code reviews are just optional thing here. This results in more prod bugs. Very bad for a person who have a previous work experience as a developer in a company which follows agile kind of environment.
