1.Work life balance is great 2.You will get a lot of free time to learn new skills. 3.you may get chance to work in latest technologies

Cons

1.Not that much good for freshers. 2.Other than college campus connect candidates..All the other fresh candidates will be recruited as contractors and It will at least take more than 1 year to get on roll.
