Below market pay. Rating business is overly distracted and burdened by the non rating business and is constantly supporting the non rating business. A big distraction. They don't value experienced analysts. No promotions no matter what if you are not the favorite. No merit based promotions. Low morale. Management imposes administrative burdens.
