Fitch is the smallest of the 3 large credit rating agencies (Moody's and S&P being the other two). Expect higher energy environment, younger people and faster career track.

Cons

As the smallest and the "hungriest" of the established credit rating agencies, there is more pressure to deliver more and faster. In times of high volume deal-flow, the work-life balance goes out the window.
