- Initially we were able to arrange WFH/WFA, though starting Q322 the policy changes to WFO 3 days/week. Quota for WFA 4 weeks/year (not much but ill take that) - Multinational team and overall good coordination. This company is Woke af if u know what I mean (high advocacy in DEI) - Allowance to pimp my working station up to USD1000 (woot woot) - Generous insurance coverage, good learning & development programs, good base salary, strategic office location. - If you are seeking work life balance this could be the place.

Cons

- WFO (BOOO) - Organization with big structure, Im not even quite sure how will my career progressed but we'll see - Pretty monotone work but depends on your function
