Great work hours, the people are very friendly. The culture is a family culture, and management supports people taking care of their kids.

Cons

Climbing the career ladder will be a bit slow. So many people stay in the same position for years.

Past few years there's been a lot of training. Good working hours. Not as stressful as investment banking.

Cons

Lack of management, managers are not trained properly. Sometimes you have to report to a few managers and all have different responsibilities for you. They don't communicate with one another. Open floor plan makes it hard to do some work.
