Great people and atmosphere. Not strict ok timekeeping as long as you get the job done. Happy to give additional responsibilities if you are up to the task. God feedback from management to help your development

Very little transparency on salary and bonus, just told number without much detail. Underwhelming salary increases in the absence of competing offers from other companies
