Pros

High exposure to many aspects of the entire rating process. Get much responsibility early on. Good working atmosphere. No face time required.

Cons

Considering the size and annual revenue growth of the company, shamefuly low pay. Little transparancy on pay, promotions etc. Feel like you are just handed the end result with no discussion on these topics. Increasingly bureaucratic and policy driven work environment.

Solid work environment with easy going smart people. It's the most stable job you can find in finance but it is not a fast or exciting business to be in.

Cons

Compensation is below all the industry peers and it is difficult to break out into a new finance job.
