Pros

Definitely a company that looks out for you and has multiple departments so you can find the role you really like. Even if your project ends or your technical skills aren't of use anymore for your current role, they'll transfer you to another one. Its your standard private financial company that is owned by a bigger company so they do have higher job security in a field that is usually volatile according to the stock market

Cons

Pretty fast paced so you have to stay on your toes. Its not FAANG level but the roles are pretty competitive due to the benefits and pay
