Some of the people are nice, most are there due to career fatigue, and are unable to leave due to having kids at home.

Cons

Most people are toxic, the culture is toxic, and once you're out of management's' good graces you'll be gone one way or another.

- Senior management unappreciative of the work you do and hours you put in - Projects which you have worked, so hard on will be taken away from you without any consultation. - You will be brought in as a developer but end up as a content author. - Too much Politics happening in the business - Tech people do not get the training required to stay on top of latest skills - Tech people are not allowed to code
